Do you offer a drop off laundry service?

Yes, we offer wash and fold service. You can drop off your clothes, and we’ll wash, dry, and fold them for you. Drop off laundry service is offered at all our locations.

Does Su Nueva offer pick up and delivery?

In addition to having six of Chicago’s best laundromats, Su Nueva Lavanderia offers pickup and delivery laundry too!

That’s right! Using a convenient mobile app, you can have a fleet of laundry delivery vans pickup your laundry from your doorstep and deliver it fresh, clean, folded, and packaged by highly trained professionals. If you own a business or know someone who does, we also offer commercial laundry services for local organizations like barber shops, hair salons, motels, hotels, medical clinics, massage therapy clinics, restaurants, AirBnB’s and fitness centers.

What is Sanitize+?

We are proud to be the only laundry service in the area that gives you the option to have your laundry washed using the disinfecting Sanitize+ Clean Technology. Our high-tech generator injects ozone directly into the wash water, and the results are fabulous. Laundry comes out cleaner, softer, and more sanitary. It smells fresher and lasts longer. What are the laundromat hours?

You can find individual store hours here: https://sunueva.com/locations/. We do have locations that offer 24-hour laundry services at 4030 S. Western Ave. and 5112 S. Kedzie Ave.

What sizes of washing machines do you have available?

We offer a range of washing machine sizes, from small loads to extra-large loads, including the largest washers in Chicago, to accommodate your laundry needs including comforters, linens, drapes, etc.

Are there seating and free Wi-Fi available for customers?

We have comfortable seating, and free Wi-Fi is available, so you can work or relax while your laundry is in progress. Su Nueva likes to make our customers feel at home. That’s why our locations offer the following amenities:

Do you have parking?

Yes, all our stores have adequate parking.

We accept both cash and credit/debit card payments for your convenience.

Do you offer detergent and fabric softener for purchase?

Absolutely! Our laundromat is stocked with a range of high-quality detergents and fabric softeners for purchase. You won’t need to bring your own.

Is there an attendant on site to assist with any issues?

Yes, we have an on-site attendant during operating hours who can help you with any questions or concerns.

How does free dry work? What do I do if I have issues?

You will receive free dry credits with every wash. The total amount of free dry credits depends on the size of the machine. If you have issues with drying or using your credits, please ask an attendant for assistance.

How much does it cost to use the machines?

Our pricing varies based on the machine size and type. You can find detailed pricing information posted in the laundromat.

Is the laundromat equipped with surveillance cameras for security?

Yes, we have security cameras to ensure the safety and security of our customers and their belongings.

Is the Shuttle Service free?

Su Nueva will pick you up at your home and bring you to one of our locations, and after you’re finished, drop you back off at home.
